Air Condenser
The air condenser from the RAC series at Yamak is designed to condense steam generated in the cooking appliance during cooking. Electric-motor-driven axial fans push ambient air through the appropriate tube bundle. These stainless steel tubes also feature stainless steel fins, which increase the heat transfer surface area. Robust. The other surfaces in contact with steam are hot-dip galvanised and made of stainless steel. Configurations with two and three fans are available.
