Our honeys obtained from the highland flowers of the Aegean, Central and Eastern Anatolia regions are centrifuged under control within the framework of the Quality Management System. After their purity is tested by laboratory analyses and they are confirmed to comply with the Turkish Food Codex Honey Communiqué, they are packaged under hygienic conditions and offered for consumption. Since our honeys are natural and pure, they may crystallise over time. This does not mean that the honey has spoiled. It can be consumed in its natural state or dissolved in a bain-marie in water below 45°C.
