BEEO Chestnut Flower Honey (Raw Honey) 300 g

BEE'O Chestnut Flower Honey: An intense and natural flavour from the Black Sea rainforests to your table! BEE'O Chestnut Honey, obtained from the flowers of chestnut trees growing in the Black Sea region's rainforests, which bloom for only about 15 days in June, stands out with its dark golden colour, intense aroma and rich content. With its structure rich in natural minerals and its distinctive aroma, it reaches your table directly from the hive, additive-free and with its purity intact. What is raw honey? Raw honey is the natural honey that bees produce by processing the nectar they collect from flowers with their own enzymes, taken directly from the hive. This type of honey, which is not subjected to heat treatment above 45 degrees, preserves its nutritional values, enzymes and natural pollen content. According to the Honey Communiqué of the Turkish Food Codex, honeys that have not been heat-treated above 45 °C and have been filtered with filters larger than 0.3 mm are defined as "raw honey".
