Wefood Organic Raw Cocoa Powder 140 g + Organic Raw Cacao Nibs 150 g

A twin pack combining Wefood Organic Raw Cocoa Powder (140 g) with Organic Raw Cacao Nibs (150 g) for a complete cocoa experience. Raw cocoa is cocoa whose beans have not been heat-treated, have not gone through factory processing and have had no additives introduced — it is richer in nutrients and more aromatic than refined products. Raw cocoa is an excellent source of magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron and potassium, and one of nature's richest sources of antioxidants. The amount of flavanols in cocoa determines its benefit, and that depends on processing: raw cocoa contains four times more flavanols than processed cocoa, making it the best choice for anyone who wants maximum benefit. With a chocolate-like aroma that is not sweet — because no sugar is added as in chocolate — it can turn your recipes into delicious dishes in an instant. The cocoa beans themselves are hand-collected on special farms and carefully ground into fine powder.
