Heat-resistant dark chocolate chips (crumb type), ALT308, 4-7 mm, matt finish, in a 1 kg pack. They are used for decoration and finishing desserts and baked goods. Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin). Store at 15-20 °C and max. 70% relative humidity in a cool, dry place away from odours and direct light. Shelf life is 22 months under proper storage conditions.
