HSS Center Drill – Form B

An HSS center drill with cylindrical shank and Form B geometry, made to the DIN norm and the TSE standard. Form B combines the pilot center hole with a countersink, so a single tool both centres the workpiece and produces the conical seat for the lathe centre or tailstock, saving a tool change. The h9 shank tolerance, controlled point angle and helix geometry deliver accurate, repeatable centering on shafts, axles and turned parts. The tool is available with d1 from 1 mm to 4 mm together with matching d2 and d3 dimensions.
