Solid Carbide Conical End Mill – Taper
Solid carbide (VHM) conical end mill with a tapered cutting form, intended for machining tapered walls, draft angles and conical recesses where a stepped milling strategy would otherwise be needed. The cutter is ground from the Toolex MG-10 carbide grade and has 2 flutes, a DIN 6535 HA cylindrical shank, a 45 cutting length and 100 overall length. The cutting edges carry a CHAMFER 01 (0.1×45°) preparation and the tool is finished with an nACo multilayer coating. The conical flute form (helix code K) follows the taper of the profile for smooth, continuous cutting.
