MCS Series 90° Convex Countersink

The MCS Series is a 90° convex countersink from Karcan's Hole-Making range, used for chamfering and countersinking drilled holes. Seven order items cover head diameters d1 from 6.3 to 20.5 mm in z9 tolerance, d3 dimensions of 2–3.5 mm and 6–10 mm h6 shanks, with overall lengths of 35–63 mm, l2 values of 2.15–8.5 mm and an included angle α of 90°. The tool is recommended for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous materials, HRSA, titanium and hardened steel up to 54 HRc; hardened steel above 54 HRc and graphite are not recommended.
