Handrail Drive Pulley
An original AKE drive pulley for the handrail band of an escalator or moving walk. The pulley transmits drive torque to the handrail, keeping the band speed synchronised with the steps so passengers holding it move at the correct speed. It is replaced when the running surface wears and causes handrail slip, speed deviation or increased noise.
