The Esit BBF bagging scales are automatic bagging machines used for packaging bulk materials such as hazelnuts, granules, plastics, sugar, salt, granular chemicals, animal feed, grains, legumes, cement, construction chemicals and fine-grained mining products, with a maximum weight of 2000 kg per bag. The machine starts working when the operator attaches the bag to the filling spout: it inflates the bag, fills it with the preset amount in two stages with high precision, and optionally places the filled bag onto a pallet. The bag can be removed by forklift from the platform or optionally transported outside using a conveyor system (roller, chain or belt conveyor). The microprocessor-controlled machine is fully electronic and allows reports on the number and weight of filled bags, with information transferable to external PLCs and computers.
