The Esit BFT is a bagging scale designed to fill bulk material into 10-50 kg bags. It starts automatically once the operator inserts the bag onto the filling outlet, fills it with the set quantity accurately in two stages and releases it when filling is complete, then continues with the next bag. The machine is microprocessor-controlled and fully electronic, produces quantity and weight reports for filled bags and can connect to other devices such as PLCs and computers. It is used for bagging legumes, granular materials, salt, granular chemicals, pulp, animal feed, grains, cement, construction chemicals, coal, stone and corn; a sewing belt is optional.
