Bogie Testing Device

A test stand that simulates wheel and wagon loads on a manufactured bogie body: it applies a set force to two panels of the bogie body from the top. It indicates the distribution of forces with 4 load cells on the bottom side, and a side force measurement is also available. The system uses hydraulic cylinders for vertical and horizontal loading, with visual monitoring and control through a colour touchscreen operator panel and PLC-based system control.
