Our door dimensions; Height: 208 cm, Width: 108 cm, Frame: 18-24 cm (adjustable). Door frames are manufactured from 1.5 mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet steel, with a rubber gasket and lock strike pockets recessed into the sheet steel. Door leaves are made of 1.2 mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet steel, and the inside of the leaf is entirely trapezoidal sheet steel. The seren (core) thickness is 7.5 cm. Door woods can be manufactured as first-class embossed walnut wood. (The veneer type can be varied on request: PVC veneer, Alpi veneer, laminate veneer, rustic walnut veneer, etc.) For the interior frame veneer, adhesive is used in the veneers applied over steel on 4 mm MDF. For the exterior frame veneer, veneer options over steel on 16 mm or 18 mm MDF are applied. Architraves are applied as moulded, flat or oval profiles, fixed and glued onto the frame.
