Our door dimensions; Height: 208 cm, Width: 108 cm, Frame: 18-24 cm (adjustable). The door frames are manufactured from 1.5 mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet steel, with rubber gasket, and with the lock strike pockets recessed into the sheet steel. The door leaves are 1.2 mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet steel, and the interior of the leaf is fully trapezoidal sheet steel. The batten thickness is 7.5 cm. The door wood components can be manufactured as first-class embossed walnut wood. (The veneer type is optional and can be varied: PVC veneer, Alpi veneer, laminate veneer, rustic walnut veneer, etc.) For the inner frame cladding, adhesive is used in the cladding of 4 mm MDF over steel. For the outer frame cladding, options of 16 mm or 18 mm MDF cladding over steel are applied. The architraves are applied as moulded, plain or oval architraves, fixed and glued onto the frame.
