Wooden Material will be manufactured from plywood material. The diameter of the tunnel passage must be minimum 76 cm. The track length must be minimum 102 cm. Floor mounting requires anchor connection points from 4 separate points. The height of the product is minimum 124 cm. Anchor and support parts should be supported by metal parts and their anchorages should be provided in this way. Anchor metals will be painted with electrostatic powder paint to protect them against rust and corrosion. The equipment structure must be designed in accordance with the EN1176-1 standard and its requirements in terms of both fixed and variable loads, depending on the number of users in the particular area, and to fulfill all the requirements of this standard for fall protection and for public use. All parts must have a radius of less than 3 mm, be round and polished, and dried by applying three layers of environmentally friendly acrylic varnish suitable for outdoor conditions by impregnation method. The screwing method is assembled with a countersunk head galvanized metal screw and cannot be disassembled without using a special tool. All other metal parts and components of the equipment are protected against weathering by non-toxic coatings. The plywood used in the production specifications maintains the necessary water resistance and has a three-layer acrylic varnish coating with UV protection. The product is fixed to the existing area by means of dowels or to the ground using the anchoring method.
